Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Discover Agents (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Omer Frank, registered in Israel (business registration no. 049801236), trading as Juicy Patterns, referred to here as "Juicy Patterns", "we", "us", or "our". By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms, and the Service, are provided in English. By accepting these Terms or using the Service, you confirm that you can read and understand English well enough to understand these Terms and the Privacy Policy, or that you have had them translated or explained to you, and that you have read, understand, and accept them. Any translation is provided for convenience only; the English version governs.
1. The Service
Discover Agents helps you discover and validate ideas for AI-agent solutions. You give a starting point, a website address, an angle, or an idea, and the Service researches the space and helps you produce a solution blueprint: problem spaces, opportunities and value propositions, the customer segments to validate with and their jobs/pains/gains, the riskiest assumptions to verify (with suggested experiments), the competitive landscape, the current technology that makes it buildable, and an agent design. You can copy, download, or save what you produce. The Service may also help you track the experiments it suggests and, if you ask us to, remind you by email to record what you learned. The Service is a thinking and prototyping aid, not a substitute for your own research, testing, or judgment.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping your password secure and confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is intended and provided for business and professional use. By using it, you represent that you are using it for purposes related to your trade, business, or profession, or in connection with an idea you intend to pursue commercially, and not as a consumer for personal, household, or family use.
Notify us promptly at omer@juicypatterns.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Enter URLs or content you do not have the right to submit, or that contain other people's confidential or personal information without authorization.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (such as the URLs and selections you make) and of the agent specifications generated from them ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We may also create and use de-identified, aggregated information derived from Your Content and from the experiment results you log, for example, anonymized trends across problems, opportunities, and what gets validated, to operate, improve, and publish insights about the Service. Such aggregated information does not identify you, and we do not sell your personal information.
You are responsible for Your Content and for how you use the outputs of the Service.
5. AI-generated output
The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate specifications and responses. You understand and agree that:
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. It is provided for informational and prototyping purposes only.
- AI output is not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, business, investment, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any output before relying on or deploying it.
- Research drawn from the web (such as competitors, the technology landscape, and supporting signals) reflects publicly available sources at the time it was retrieved, is not authored or verified by us, may be incomplete, out of date, biased by its source, or wrong, and should be independently verified.
- We do not guarantee any result or outcome. We do not warrant that any problem, opportunity, idea, competitor, market signal, experiment, or other output surfaced by the Service is accurate, complete, current, real, or commercially viable, or that acting on it will produce any business, financial, or other result. Any score, signal, ranking, or read is a software-generated suggestion, not a factual finding or a promise of success.
- You rely on the output at your own risk. You are solely responsible for every decision, expenditure, experiment, and commitment you make, and you agree not to rely on any output as the sole basis for any decision. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and from any action or inaction you take based on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunity resulting from your reliance on the Service or its output.
- No advisory relationship. The Service is a thinking and prototyping tool, not a professional adviser. Its output does not constitute market research, due diligence, or a recommendation to build, launch, fund, or invest in anything. The Service, including any AI personas or "team," does not exercise professional judgment on your behalf, and no advisory, fiduciary, consulting, or professional-client relationship is created by your use of it.
6. Third-party websites & content
When you enter a website address, the Service fetches publicly available content from that page and may run a web search. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze the pages you submit. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content, and analyzing a site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by it.
7. Intellectual property
The Service's own software, user interface, and branding are owned by Juicy Patterns and protected by intellectual-property laws. The Service may reference or draw on established third-party methods, frameworks, and trademarks, which remain the property of their respective owners; we claim no ownership of them, and their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, to any third-party materials, or to the Service beyond the limited right to use it as intended.
8. Fees, payments & refunds
The Service may be offered free of charge or under paid plans. The price and billing period of any paid plan are shown to you at checkout before you pay, and completing a purchase confirms you agree to that price. If a plan is a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel, and we will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change before it takes effect. You can cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Paid plans are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all such purchases, handling payment processing, billing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which gives you a 30-day money-back guarantee (more generous than the 14-day right under Paddle's Buyer Terms).
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juicy Patterns and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juicy Patterns from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
