Agent design

The Agent design page is the second page of the blueprint. It answers how an AI agent actually delivers the thing.

  • What the agent does: the concrete tasks it runs to deliver the value, in order.
  • What might trip it up: where it will realistically struggle in day-to-day use (so nothing catches you off guard).
  • What running well looks like: what needs to be true or in place for it to run smoothly (access, oversight, data).
  • Buildable now: the tech that makes it doable today. See Buildable now.

This is a design, not a finished build: a clear picture of the agent you'd create, built on the checking work from the first page. Hand it to a developer, drop it into your tool of choice, or use it to scope the build.
