A short answer you can trust beats a long one you have to check. Each describes the product as it is today, and where the honest answer is "not yet", it says so.
What we gave up: The reassuring answers. Money, privacy and whether an idea is proven get what is true today, even when it is less comforting.

Do I need an account? Yes. You can read this help centre without one. Press Start free to sign in. Founders are let in by hand, in small groups: see getting in.
Is the research real, or made up? What has been tried before and why it is buildable now link to the pages they came from, and an item we cannot link to a page is dropped. Named rivals link to the page we found them on, where we have one. The thinking around them, such as the customer groups, is AI analysis: a place to start, not a fact. Where we cannot back a figure, the card says "our estimate". See the promises about evidence.
Does it build the agent for me? No. It helps you decide whether an agent is worth building. When you are ready to build, Discover Agents writes the build prompt from your own board, so you do not have to brief a coding tool from scratch.
Can my coding agent read my boards? Yes, on Pro and Studio. It is not on Free. Make a key in Settings and add it to Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. It reads your boards, and readings it sends wait until you confirm them. It cannot edit, delete or start anything. See how to connect a coding agent.
Will it tell me which idea to build? No. At the end of a test, nothing is picked for you. See the four roads.
Do simulated people count as evidence? No. They are AI, marked "Simulated", and nothing they say counts toward your test. See simulated people.
How many boards do I get for free? One, with starter credits. A second is earned by running a real test and making a real call. See your free board and credits.
Who can see my idea? Only you can. Other founders do not see your boards. What you enter goes to the AI and search services that run the product, and our team can open a board for the reasons the Privacy Policy lists. For questions about your data, use Tell Omer.
What happens when I remove a board? Remove from list on My boards takes a board off your list and keeps it. To have it removed for good, use Tell Omer or write to the address in the Privacy Policy.
What happens to my boards if I stop paying? Payment is not open yet. This answer will say what happens when it is.
Can I download my board? There is no download today. If you need a copy, use Tell Omer or write to the address in the Privacy Policy.
Do I need to be technical? No. Everything is in plain words, and Iris, your AI guide, walks you through.
Does it work on a phone? It is built for a laptop and is easiest there.
What it will never do
- Describe a feature that is not there as if it were.
- Give legal, tax or financial advice.
If something looks off
- An answer does not match your screen. The screen is right. Tell us through Tell Omer.
- A link goes nowhere. Find it by its title on the help home, and tell us which link.
