Why do I need an invite, and how do I get in?

Why it works this way
We let people in a few at a time, so we can read every request and fix what matters before the doors open wider.
Discover Agents is in early alpha and rough in places. With a small group we can listen to what happened to each person, and change what needs changing before the next group arrives.
What we gave up: speed to a wide audience. Some people wait for their access.
What it is
Discover Agents is in early access, so a new account is let in by hand before it can start a discovery. You press Start free and sign in. Then you ask for access by telling us a little about you and why you want to try it. When your group opens you sign in again with the same account, accept the terms, fill in a short welcome form and start your first board.
How to use it
- Start free and sign in. Choose Continue with Google, or create an account with an email and a password. An email sign-up sends a confirmation link. If it has not arrived after a couple of minutes, come back to the page and continue with Google instead.
- Ask for access. Give your name and a sentence or two about why you want to try it. The screen then says "You're on the list." It tells you what happens next: a person reads your request, you get an email when your group opens (check spam if it is quiet), and you sign in again with the same account.
- When your access opens, the screen says "Your access is open." Give it a second while your browser catches up.
- Scroll the terms to the end and agree to them, then fill in the welcome form: your name, your role, what you build agents for, and your company if you want to say.
- Start your first discovery.
What it will never do
- Ask for a card or a payment to request access. The request form asks for your name and a sentence.
If something looks off
- Someone sent you an invite code. Codes are no longer used: every seat is approved by hand. Ask for access with the form, and say who sent you.
- You were approved but the screen has not moved. It says "Opening it in this browser…" and tries once on its own. If it stays on "Your access is open", it tells you: "Your access is open. Sign out and back in once, and you’re in." Press Sign out and back in, or Try again.
- The page says your group is full. It names the group you are on the list for. The next group opens after Omer has read how the full one went, and the page does not give a date.
- You have heard nothing for a while. The "You're on the list." page has a link to write to Omer and ask where things stand.
- The confirmation email never came. Continue with Google on the same page, or try the email sign-up again.
- You are asked to accept the terms again. The terms were updated. You accept the new version, and the welcome form is not repeated.
- You are signed out partway through. Any page that needs an account sends you back to the sign-in or the early access screen. Sign in and pick up from there.
