Tips for great results

A few habits that noticeably improve what you get:

  • Be specific at the start. A precise product page (apple.com/apple-watch) or a narrow sub-world beats a broad homepage or a whole industry.
  • Follow the non-obvious. When an opportunity makes you think "I'd never have seen that", that's the signal to lean in, not away.
  • Read a group's profile before you judge the idea. Their frustrations and wins tell you fast whether it actually matters to them.
  • Build one experiment and actually run it. The kit gives you a pass/fail line. Decide on it up front, then go talk to real people.
  • Treat the live research as a lead, not a verdict. Competitors and buildable-now tech are sourced and current, but check them before you bet on them.
  • Save what's promising so you can come back to it.
